

{"id":7013,"date":"2022-06-08T15:45:50","date_gmt":"2022-06-08T15:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cetemin.edu.pe\/blog\/?p=7013"},"modified":"2022-06-08T15:45:50","modified_gmt":"2022-06-08T15:45:50","slug":"talento-mujer-cetemin-apuesta-por-el-empoderamiento-de-la-mujer-a-traves-de-la-educacion-tecnica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cetemin.edu.pe\/blog\/talento-mujer-cetemin-apuesta-por-el-empoderamiento-de-la-mujer-a-traves-de-la-educacion-tecnica\/","title":{"rendered":"Talento Mujer: CETEMIN apuesta por el empoderamiento de la mujer a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong><em>A la fecha, 136 mujeres de Laraos, Tomas, San Lorenzo, Huancachi, Tinco \u2013 Lima, Huayllay -Cerro de Pasco, Tala Coscore y Pocata\u2013 Moquegua, Punta Arenas \u2013 Talara, Centro Poblado Jacha\u00f1a- Sotoccaya &#8211; Caylloma \u2013 Arequipa, San Javier de Alpabamba \u2013 Ayacucho, Moyobamba \u2013 San Mart\u00edn, Huamachuco \u2013 Trujillo, Cajabamba \u2013 Hualgayoc \u2013 Cajamarca, San Antonio Pucara \u2013 Ayacucho, entre otras. han sido beneficiadas por este programa.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong><em>Empresas del sector minero e hidrocarburos decidieron ser parte activa del cambio social apoyando esta iniciativa.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el Per\u00fa existe escasez de mujeres t\u00e9cnicas calificadas que trabajen en las \u00e1reas de operaci\u00f3n y planta en la miner\u00eda e industria, a pesar de los esfuerzos de promoci\u00f3n de oportunidades que han hecho distintas empresas del sector, lograr cambios sustanciales requieren de un esfuerzo colectivo mucho m\u00e1s amplio.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, con la finalidad de contribuir en la reducci\u00f3n de brechas de oportunidades de g\u00e9nero a trav\u00e9s del empoderamiento de las mujeres peruanas de las zonas rurales o vulnerables del pa\u00eds, CETEMIN viene impulsando <strong>Talento Mujer<\/strong>, iniciativa \u2013\u00fanica en el pa\u00eds- que promueve el acceso a educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de calidad mediante becas educativas en carreras que hoy, en su mayor\u00eda, son lideradas por hombres.<\/p>\n<p>Talento Mujer, programa lanzado en setiembre de 2020, surgi\u00f3 enfocado en el sector minero. As\u00ed, Talento Mujer logr\u00f3 que muchas empresas se interesen en auspiciar a m\u00e1s de 36 becarias en la fase inicial de este proyecto de equidad de g\u00e9nero. Sin embargo, gracias al \u00e9xito en la convocatoria, hoy Talento Mujer viene recibiendo el apoyo de empresas de otros rubros, como el de hidrocarburos, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Las carreras que estudian las becadas de Talento Mujer son: procesos metal\u00fargicos y qu\u00edmicos, mantenimiento de equipo pesado, medio ambiente, prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos, geolog\u00eda, explotaci\u00f3n de minas, carreras t\u00e9cnicas de corta duraci\u00f3n, con t\u00edtulo a nombre de la naci\u00f3n, que cumplen con todas las exigencias solicitadas por el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n y el respaldo acad\u00e9mico de CETEMIN.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abCon Talento Mujer buscamos romper paradigmas al alentar a mujeres talentosas para que formen parte del inicio de una transformaci\u00f3n del g\u00e9nero en el sector minero e industrial y, de esta manera, lograr un cambio positivo en sus vidas, en sus familias y en su comunidad\u201d<\/em>, enfatiza Delia R\u00e1zuri, Jefa de Talento Mujer.<\/p>\n<p>Las becas integrales que ofrece Talento Mujer incluyen: 11 meses de clases (2 ciclos virtuales y 2 presenciales), en donde adem\u00e1s de las clases te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1cticas propias de su carrera tambi\u00e9n recibir\u00e1n formaci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s t\u00e9cnico, as\u00ed como entrenamiento en habilidades blandas y asesor\u00eda en empleabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que, hasta el momento, empresas como Hochschild, Goldfields, Volcan, Buenaventura, Molle Verde, Hudbay, Pan American, AngloAmerican, Sierra Metals, Petroper\u00fa, UTP, se han unido a Talento Mujer para auspiciar la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de mujeres en sus zonas de influencia.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto ha sido reconocido con 2 premios nacionales, obtuvo el segundo lugar en el Premio Igualitario
